Privacy Policy — Nemuri

Last updated: 13 August 2026

The short version: Nemuri does not collect your data. There is no account, no login, and no server.

The app

Nemuri works entirely on your device. It has no user accounts and does not connect to any server to function. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your usage of the app — when you use it, how long for, what you hear — stays on your phone and is never sent anywhere.

Nemuri does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising software of any kind.

Nemuri does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or health data.

The waitlist and email list

If you enter your email address on this website, that address is stored by MailerLite, the email service used to send launch announcements. It is used only to email you about Nemuri.

Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list permanently. You can also email [email protected] at any time to be removed, or to ask what information is held about you.

The legal basis for this is your consent, given when you submit the form.

The App Store

If Nemuri is downloaded from the App Store, Apple may collect information about that download under its own privacy policy. That is Apple's process and is outside my control.

Children

Nemuri is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If the app itself ever begins collecting data, that change will be made clear before it takes effect.
